We suggest opening an account with your email and completing all the tubing waivers for each individual before purchasing. Once you start your purchase you have 15 minutes to complete it or you will need to start again. Please not online tickets cannot be purchased day of.

Guidelines: 

• Tubing is allowed for ages 5+. There is no height requirement for summer TubaSlide.
• All participants must be able to pull their own tube and ride the lift independently
• Shirts and closed toe shoes are strongly recommended
• NO BARE FEET
• You must remain seated in the tube while going down with your legs out
• Linking of tubes is allowed at the discretion of the lift
  operator
• Remain standing on carpet lift
• Do not walk on the carpet lift
• Only one person is allowed per tube
• No horseplay on the lift
• We reserve the right to confiscate your ticket if the rules are not followed
• You must have a valid TubaSlide ticket
• Clear the run-out area as soon as you get to the bottom of the TubaSlide lane
• Tuck tube leash into tube prior to going down
• Tubes should be kept off the grass and gravel for maximum speed
• Follow all employee directions
• Every participant must have a completed waiver
• If you miss part of your session, you will not be admitted into the next session for missed time. You will forfeit your time. Please plan accordingly! 
• Once your spot is booked there are no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to weather. Be prepared for any weather condition! 
• Should we need to close the tubing hill due to weather conditions, you will be moved to another available session time of your choice based upon availability.
• Tubing sessions and times may be modified at any time.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: During these uncertain times please keep in mind that any purchase made is a risk. All purchases are non-refundable. We will allow a transfer of day and time, depending on availability, up until 9pm the evening before your scheduled day. After this time rescheduling is not possible. Please consider that an alternate date may be sold out and you may not be able to book your preferred alternate date and you will need to choose a different date. You will be able to do this in your account. There is no guarantee of weather.  Please consider the risk involved before purchasing. Tubing: There are no refunds. Once a spot is booked it is NOT-REFUNDABLE for any reason! Upon payment you agree to the above terms.
