Tubers - There will be no refunds once a spot is booked, regardless of weather, illness, etc. Make sure you read the guidelines before purchasing.

We suggest opening an account with your email and completing all the tubing waivers for each individual before purchasing. Once you start your purchase you have 15 minutes to complete it or you will need to start again.

TubaSlide Tickets - You must purchase online as we sell out for each session. Waivers must be completed for each individual.

Guidelines: 

• Guests must be at least 6 years old AND 42" or taller to TubaSlide. 
• Everyone on the TubaSlide must have a valid session ticket regardless of age or tube used
• You must be able to sit/lay on the tube so that you can drag your legs to act as brakes for slowing down/stopping
• You must be able to drag your feet to slow down and stop when approaching the bottom
• Clear from the runout area as soon as you stop at the bottom
• Only one person allowed per tube
• No horseplay on the lift
• No linking of tubes on lift and/or on the lanes
• No ski boots allowed at any time
• We reserve the right to confiscate your tuba ticket if rules are not followed
• We reserve the right to change the start length at any given time
• Grooming may occur at any time. Your time will be extended.
• If you miss part of your session, you will not be admitted into the next session for missed time. You will forfeit your time. Please plan accordingly! 
• Once your spot is booked there are no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to weather. Be prepared for any weather condition! 
• Should we need to close the tubing hill due to weather conditions, you will be moved to another available session time of your choice based upon availability.
• Tubing sessions and times may be modified at any time.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: During these uncertain times please keep in mind that any purchase made is a risk. All purchases are non-refundable. We will allow a transfer of day and time, depending on availability, up until 9pm the evening before your scheduled day. After this time rescheduling is not possible. Please consider that an alternate date may be sold out and you may not be able to book your preferred alternate date and you will need to choose a different date. You will be able to do this in your account. There is no guarantee of weather, snow conditions, open terrain or lift openings.  Please consider the risk involved before purchasing. Tubing: There are no refunds. Once a spot is booked it is NOT-REFUNDABLE for any reason! Measure your children! Upon payment you agree to the above terms.
